Paul K. Michael (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Paul Kenneth Michael, son of Paul Carlon and Mary Bills Michael, was born August 29, 1929, in New Castle, Pennsylvania. He departed this earth to be with our Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, November 27, 2017, in Lebanon North Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of eighty-eight years, two months, and twenty-nine days.
He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son; and a sister, Arlene Reeher.
Paul is survived by four daughters, Linda S. Baugher, of Roanoke, Virginia, Mary C. Michael, of Lebanon, Missouri, Paula J. McClement, and her husband, Michael, of Republic, Missouri, and Marjorie L. Michael, of Roanoke, Virginia; sixteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald Michael, and his wife, Rose, of New Castle, Pennsylvania; a sister, Patricia Michael, of Cedaredge, Colorado; many nieces and nephews; as well as many other relatives and friends.
He was raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Hickory Township High School in Eastbrook, Pennsylvania. He was a hard-working man his entire life and proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Since moving to Lebanon, Missouri, he had worked for Regal Beloit for a few years.
Paul was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and was a member of the Moose Lodge.
He enjoyed fishing in his spare time and also liked watching sports.
Paul was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
