Pauline B. Roberts (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Pauline Belle Roberts, daughter of the late Joseph Adam and Susie Belle (Newman) Clegg, was born on February 13, 1922 in Blairstown, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Elmer Nelson Roberts on June 2, 1942 in Lee’s Summit, MO. Pauline, and her beloved husband Elmer, attended Enterprise Academy where they met so many of their wonderful life-long friends. She and Elmer raised their sons in Kansas City before moving to build their home in Urbana, MO. They loved to host holidays, dinners for family and friends, and summer visits from their grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Pauline had a passion for music, playing the organ and piano, and singing in church. She spent her life in service and care for others, blessing many lives in her community with her generous spirit.
Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Elmer; three sisters; two brothers; and her two sons, Glenn Roberts and Lynn Roberts. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Shirley Roberts (Lynn) and their children, Aaron Roberts and wife Alvira Roberts and their two children, Renee McKenzie and Landon Roberts; Jeffrey Roberts, and Ryan Roberts; granddaughter, Stacey Roberts (Glenn) and her children, Brayden and Cooper Priest. She also leaves other family members and many friends who will all truly miss her.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2021 in the Blairstown Cemetery in Blairstown, Missouri under the care and direction of the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo. Visitation will be from 1:30-3:00 p.m. Friday at the Funeral Home.
