Penny Lee Garson (Hartville)'s Obituary
Penny Lee Garson, daughter of Richard August and Minnie Annette Humphrey Garson, was born October 21, 1972, in Denver, Colorado. She departed this life Sunday, April 19, 2015, in her home, at the age of forty-two years, five months, and twenty-nine days.
Her parents; a brother, Ray Garson; a sister-in-law, Kelley Garson; and a niece, Kayanna, preceded Penny in death. She is survived by her brother, Kenny Garson, of Hartville, Missouri; a sister, Tonya Garson, of Hartville, Missouri; nieces and nephews, Rick Garson, Devin Garson, Bryanna Garson, Trevor Phillips, R.J. Garson, and Holdyn Chastain; her grandmother, Minnie Humphrey, of Seymour, Missouri; and her uncle and aunt, Bob and Elaine Westerman; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends. Penny spent her younger years living with her family in Denver, Colorado. The family moved to Seymour in 1980 and Penny was a graduate of Seymour High School in the Class of 1992. She attended and graduated from Cosmetology School and enjoyed doing hair for her family and friends out of her home. Penny had accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Seymour. In her spare time, Penny enjoyed working on her computer, enhancing photos with Photoshop, and listening to music. Penny was a loving sister, granddaughter, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories she has created for her family and many dear friends.
