Phyllis J. Evans (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Phyllis J. Evans, age 61 of Bolivar, passed away in her home on Thursday, February 12.
She was born on May 22, 1953 in Springfield, MO the daughter of Laverne Albert Evans and Mary Lillian Johnston.
Phyllis graduated from Hillcrest High School class of 1971. She moved to Bolivar in her 20’s where she worked for Teters Florist. Phyllis enjoyed sewing, cooking making recipes and most of all tinkering will her phone. Phyllis adored her two cats they were her “Fur Babies”. Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents Laverne and Mary (Johnston) Evans. Survivors include her two sisters, Barbara (Arlisa) Graves, Independence, MO, Pasty (Don) Estill, Augusta, GA; aunts, Hazel (Don) McGinnis, Oklahoma, OK, Lorean Evans, Springfield, MO; niece, Pam (Keith) Worsham, Canton, GA; nephews, Jeff Estill, Augusta, GA, Randy A. Graves, Blue springs, MO, Brian (Charlene) Graves, Williamsburg, KS; along with a host of great nephews and nieces, cousins, other family members and friends.
