Randy "Nick" Nichols (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Nick was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and moved to Springfield. He later attended school in Bolivar, and Fair Play before joining the Army in 1971. Nick had his own satellite company in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He had done this for many years before selling out and moving back to Bolivar, to be close to his mother and family.
Nick was a friend to all who knew him. He always lived life to the fullest. He never met a stranger. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his father, Butch Mincks; sister, Shelly Mincks, and fiancé Jason Hopkins, of Bolivar; sister, Debbie Stiles, and husband Mike, of Bolivar; fur babies, Sugar and Shadow; daughter, Nicole Nichols Boyington, and husband Drew, of Nixa, Missouri; son, Nicholas Nichols, of Arlington, Virginia; son, Chris Lewis, and wife April, of Fayettville – Fort Bragg, North Carolina; daughter, Kalila Hammett, of Ozark, Missouri; grandchildren, Zoe Boyington, Kyle Lewis, Kaylyn Lewis, Colin Lewis, Aiden Hammett, and Dominic Hammett; nephew, Jeff Stiles; nephew, Jonas Redd; niece, Kim Segui, and husband Dario; great nephew, Dalton Segui; great nephew, Logan Segui; great niece, Mikayla Stiles; good friend, Rob Williams; and many friends.
Nick is preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Mincks; father, Dallas Nichols; grandmother, Lucille Jarman; and great grandma Rose.
A graveside service, with full military honors, will be held at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, September 10, 2016, at Greenwood Cemetery, in Bolivar.
