Raymond H. Boyd (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Raymond Howard Boyd was born June 17, 1954 in Ottawa, Kansas, to James Edward and Doris Swaim Boyd. He passed away in his home Tuesday, March 17, 2026 in Lebanon, Missouri at the age of seventy-one years and nine months.
Raymond grew up in the Lebanon area and graduated from Lebanon High School. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army.
He was saved at Candock Baptist Church when he was a teenager.
Following his service to the Army, he moved to Springfield, Missouri where he was a Service Manager at Reliable Chevrolet. He later returned to Lebanon where he owned and operated several fireworks stands in various communities.
In his spare time, Raymond enjoyed fishing and watching cooking videos. He also looked forward to going to casinos.
He is preceded in death by his father, James; his brother, James Boyd; and his sister, Doris Sisco.
Raymond is survived by his daughters, Melissa Rogers and her husband John of Brighton, Missouri and Holly Ramos of Springfield, Missouri; two granddaughters, Gabby Crain and Addison Damron; his great-grandson, Enzo; his mother, Doris Boyd of Lebanon, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews.
Raymond loved his family and cherished the time spent with them. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, delighting in their daily lives and accomplishments. He enjoyed shopping online on Temu. He had a Chihuahua named Bella that he absolulutely adored. He lived a good life and will be dearly missed.
Funeral services for Raymond H. Boyd will be Friday, March 20, 2026 at 2 p.m. at Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
A memorial to the American Cancer Society has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
