Raymond Albert Gannaway (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Raymond “Bill” A. Gannaway died suddenly on January 4, 2016, at home.
He owned and operated Gannaway Pump Service with his wife of 73 years, Edith, in Humansville, and the surrounding areas. They enjoyed fishing, and travelling around the United States, when health permitted them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Bessie (Swindler) Gannaway; two brothers, James Gannaway, and Roy “Doc” Gannaway; three sisters, Marie Taylor, Fern Dragoo, and Violet Carey.
Surviving Bill are his wife, Edith (Greathouse) Gannaway; a daughter, of the home, Sharron Gannaway; daughter, Lorene (Jack) Sinclair, of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Zeffie Gallup, of Pittsburg, and Cleo Tuck, of Wheatland; one brother, Eldon (Nada) Gannaway, of Humansville; seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
