Raymond Lowe (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Raymond Lowe, son of George and Frankie Inez Lowe, was born in Riverside, California on August 31, 1959, and departed this life on Sunday, March 5, 2023, at his home in Louisburg, Missouri. He was at the time of his passing 63 years, six months, and five days of age.
Raymond was a 1978 graduate of Buffalo High School and remained in Buffalo, Missouri until his passing. He met Willie J. Stevenson 1987, and they were married on December 20, 1992 at Victory Baptist Church in Buffalo. They were married for 30 years. He worked for Tubular Dispatch for 30 years and co-owned Raymond’s Lawn Service for 25 years. Raymond was a hardworking man who loved his family and would help anyone in need. He enjoyed his work and had knack for talking.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, James and Marvin; and one sister, Maple. He is survived by his wife, Willie Lowe of the homes; one son, Tom Lowe of Buffalo, Missouri; three brothers, Milton Lowe of Elkland, Missouri, Dale McGowan of Texas, and Frank Lowe of Texas; three sisters, Maybelle Lowe of Buffalo, Missouri, Gloria Mulkey of Montana, and Joanna Lowe of Texas; four sisters-in-law, Wilma Durbin of Georgetown, Illinois, Wanda Stevenson of Lebanon, Missouri, Willa Stevenson of Decatur, Illinois, and Wilda Davison of Topeka, Kansas; and one brother-in-law, Duane Junior Stevenson. Raymond is loved and will be missed dearly.
The family will be hosting a celebration of life outside of Reynolds Chapel on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jennifer Long officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made through the funeral home to Lowe Family. Please make all checks out to Willie Lowe.
