Im so sorry, I was unable to come to express my condolences this evening (March 13th) and I will be unable to attend the funeral. My name is Brenda and I work at the Dollar General in Mansfield. The last time I saw Mr. Davis I took a video of 2 of his poems.
Mr. Davis was a wise man and so friendly! We shared the love we had for Jesus. He had a hard time shopping in our store after the remodel and I spent time helping him and enjoying his company. I think he enjoyed mine as well. I was both happy and sad that he had passed. I have been missing and wondering about him and just happened to hear the news. I send my deepest condolences to the family. I look forward to seeing him again.
