Rhonda Lynn Jump-Jones (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Rhonda Lynn Jump Jones, 48, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. She is the wife of John Hoyt Jones of Buffalo, Missouri.
Rhonda was born January 22, 1976, in Springfield, Missouri to her loving parents Ronald and Sara Jump. Rhonda is a 1994 graduate of Bolivar High School. Following high school, Rhonda furthered her education at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas where she graduated in 1999.
Rhonda was a member of the Bolivar Church of Christ. She enjoyed watching the Chiefs games and spending time with family and friends. Like most daughters, she loved shopping with her mom and friends. Most importantly, as a mother, Rhonda loved taking her son Trig out to eat and spending time with him.
Rhonda will be remembered for the way she lit up the room with her sweet bubbly personality. She showed compassion for others and loved to be silly as well.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her grandparents, Marion and Betty Jump (Bolivar) and Tom and Hester Essex (Harrison, Arkansas).
Rhonda is survived by her husband John Jones, and son Trig Jump. Parents: Ronald and Sara Jump, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and of course her dog Boondock.
The family would like to say thank you to all the staff at CMH for the care that Rhonda received.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the CMH Hospice Hope Fund.
Graveside services for Rhonda will be Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Greenwood Cemetery in Bolivar starting at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial be made out to the CMH Hospice Hope Fund.
