Richard Lee Cook (Seymour)'s Obituary
Richard Lee Cook, son of Orville Cook and Ethel Fowler Cook, was born January 3, 1936, in Dayton, Ohio, and departed this life on January 17, 2020, in his home east of Marshfield, Missouri, at the age of eighty-four years and fourteen days.
He was united in marriage to Lillian Randolph on May 12, 1967. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Lillian, and a son, Ricky Cook. Richard is survived by his children, Gary McFarland and wife, Doris, of Marshfield, Larry McFarland and wife, Cora, of Seymour, Debra Childress and husband, Lance, of Summerville, South Carolina, Michael McFarland and wife, Karyn, of Reeds Spring, Steven McFarland of Seymour, Angie Jones and husband, Ward, of Marshfield, Randall McFarland and wife, Laura, of Marshfield, and Lori McClintock and husband, Wes, of Hollister; 28 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, served his country faithfully in the United States Army, and was a truck driver. After retiring, Richard had a woodworking shop and enjoyed making beautiful furniture for his family that they will always treasure.
