Richard Frosch's Obituary
Richard Wayne Frosch, son of Gary Wayne and Barbara Fay Cathey Frosch, was born March 7, 1970, in St. Louis, Missouri. He departed this life Saturday, September 5, 2009, in his home, near Conway, Missouri, at the age of thirty-nine years, five months, and twenty-eight days. On February 11, 1996, he was united in marriage to Jenniffer Adrien Paine, and to this union one son was born. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mabel Smith; his maternal grandfather, George Cathey; his step-grandfather, E. C. Campbell; and two uncles, Chuck and Ken Cathey. Richard is survived by his wife, Jenniffer, of the home; a son, Randy Frosch, of the home; his parents, Barbara and Dan Campbell, of Las Vegas, Nevada; three brothers, Danny Campbell, Jeff Campbell, and his wife, Lydia, and Brian Campbell, and his wife, Kristina, all of Ely, Nevada; a sister, Kimberly Campbell-Segura, and her husband, Daniel, of Las Vegas, Nevada; his maternal grandfather, Randall Smith, and his wife, Pat, of Leadington, Missouri; his mother-in-law, Vivian Pilkington, of Conway, Missouri; a brother-in-law, Marshall Paine, of Conway, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; two uncles, Joe Cathey, and his wife, Stella, and John Campbell; an aunt, Sue Chinnery; a number of cousins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was born and raised in the St. Louis, Missouri area. At the age of eighteen, he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he made his home until 1993. He then returned to Missouri for a short time before moving back to Las Vegas. He and Jenniffer had made their home in the Conway, Missouri area for the last three years. Throughout his life, Richard worked as a mechanic and was employed by the TA Truck Stops for several years. In his spare time he enjoyed flying model airplanes, boating, fishing, and roller skating. He also liked doing yard work on his tractor, and was very fond of his 1996 Dodge 4 X 4. He bore his illness with great courage and fortitude and lived his life to the fullest. His family was very important to him and he especially loved his son. Richard was a loving husband, father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, and nephew, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that his family will treasure the wonderful memories he created for them throughout the years. Services will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday September 10, 2009 at the Holman-Howe Funeral Home Lebanon. Visitation is Wednesday evening 7-8:30pm at the funeral home under the direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home Lebanon, Missouri.
