Richard Dean Knudtson (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Richard Dean Knudtson of Springfield, MO was born Nov. 3, 1938 to Clarence and Bella Knudtson of Buffalo, MO. Richard left his earthly home and passed to his eternal home Jan. 19, 2021 at the age of 82 years.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, three infant daughters; Angela Louise, Tina Marie and Stephanie Lynn Knudtson; three sisters, Wilma Knudtson, Delores Kelley and Patricia Jiles; one granddaughter; Misty Wood and his first wife, Virginia Lee Knudtson.
Richard is survived by his wife, Lois Blankenship Knudtson of Springfield, MO; a brother, Kenneth Knudtson of Buffalo, MO; a sister, Linda Stokes and husband Doug of Springfield, MO; his son, Junior Knudtson and wife Tina
of Phillipsburg, MO; his daughter, Melissa Davis and husband Tim of Lebanon, MO; seven grandchildren, Brandon Knudtson, Brittany Soptick and partner Rhiann, Bridget Wood, Stephanie Brumley and husband Dallas,
Tyler Knudtson, Jessie Davis, Quade Davis; eight great-grandchildren, Hunter Brumley, Draylie Greenwood, Dawson Greenwood, Codi Harmon, Chloe Knudtson, Violet Soptick, Maslyn Damm, Kohan Chirchirillo; three nieces, Pam Wollard and husband James, Cynthia Hines, Lori Jones and Buddy; and one nephew, Jimmy McDaniel.
Richard was loved by his family and will be missed by all.
Visitation service will be held Saturday January 23, 2021 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. at Cantlon Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo, MO.
Final resting place will be at Flatwoods Cemetery.
