Richard Rafael Rodriguez of Buffalo, Missouri passed away on March 8, 2026. Richard was born October 28,1952 in Oroville, California to his mother, Guadalupe Maria Rangel, who preceded him in death. Richard moved from California and resided in Buffalo, MO. 2006. Richard made many friends and enjoyed his life to the fullest until his passing. Many residents in Buffalo embraced his presence and made him feel loved and welcomed him to the community. He was known for his friendly and kind spirit, his ability to talk with anyone, and willing to become friends with any stranger with a presence of unconditional happiness. Richard enjoyed riding his bike, coloring pictures, playing with cell phones and flashlights, singing and dancing, playing his harmonica, and being with family. His joyful personality and love for simple pleasures brought smiles to those around him. Richard is survived by his brother, Gilbert Juarez Rodriguez; nieces and nephews Alisha Rodriguez, Monica Young, Rachael Torimino, Ruben Rodriguez, Blain Rodriguez, Hannah Cuevas, Tanner Rodriguez, Cody and Cole McGuire, Shilo Rodriguez and Yolanda Rodriguez, Isabella and Isaiah Young, Brooklyn and Axel and Oden Rodriguez, Roslyn and Jessic Rodriguez, Eden and Isella Cuevas, and Ella Rodriguez. He will be remembered for his kindness, his music, and the happiness he shared with family and friends. Richard’s Celebration of Life will be held May 28, 2026. Location and time TBD.
