Richard "Dick" Skaggs (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Richard L Skaggs of Climax Springs, Missouri passed away peacefully on May 25 at the age of 81 He was born July 20, 1941 in Scranton, Iowa to Ralph and Vernon Skaggs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Vernon Skaggs, brothers Delmer, and Leroy Skaggs and a niece, Donna Parks.
He is survived by his wife, Trudy of the Home, children, Deanie and Rob Cleary, Lisa and Brett Winkler and Jeff and Tricia Skaggs, and a sister, Kathy Parks. Also survived by eight grandchildren, Miranda and Hailey Cleary, Shyann (Cameron) Finley, Nathan (Kailey) Skaggs, Justin and Tristan Skaggs. Two great granddaughters, Raelee and Remi Finley, two sisters in law Wanda Skaggs, Judy Skaggs and numerous nieces and nephews.
He served in the Air Force for 4 years, during that time he married Trudy (Parsons) in France July of 1963. Then he worked at TWA for 32 years, retiring in 1998.
He loved time with his family, working with wood, playing golf and his time spent at Lake of the Ozarks. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
No service is scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
