John Wayne was his favorite
I grew up working on Uncle Richard and Aunt Elsie's farm during the summers for many years. They treated me like one of their own and I have such wonderful memories of my childhood because of that. I also learned so much from them that helped me later in life. I loved to watch him pitch during the fast pitch softball games, he was so awesome at it. I haven't seen Uncle Richard for several years, but I will always remember his smile.
Richard has been in my life for all my life. We went to grade school together (I was in first and second grade--he was in seventh and eight. He also picked up our milk for awhile. Memories are great. The family is in my thoughts and prayers. Louise (Foust) Dodson .
