Rickie Dee Kelly, passed away on May 8, 2024, at his home, surrounded by loved ones. He was born on August 4, 1953, in Oakland, CA.
Rick served with honor in the United States Navy before finding his passion as a limousine builder and upholsterer. His craftsmanship was a reflection of his dedication and attention to detail.
He is survived by his brothers, David Kelly and Charlie Shepherd. Rick is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Dorris Jean Kelly, his brother Darrell Kelly, and his sister Susie Gregory.
Rick's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace, knowing he was cherished by many.
