Rickie Lee Cecil, son of David F. and Barbara (Brice) Cecil, was born on November 10, 1952, in Kansas City, Missouri and departed this life Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at the Strafford Care Center in Strafford, Missouri. He was at the time of his passing 69 years, four months, and 20 days of age. He is survived many family members and friends who love him and will miss him dearly.
Cremation rites are being accorded by the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo, Missouri.
