River lived in Lynchburg, Missouri with her parents and younger sister, Rebel. River was in the third grade at Plato Elementary School where she loved reading and liked to sing. She also liked to draw and color.
She enjoyed going to school and loved her teacher. River was active in every part of school and liked playing sports. She was very outgoing and everyone was her best friend. She was very mature for her age and was liked by all. She was a very caring and kind girl and lit up a room when she walked in.
River enjoyed riding along with her dad in his big rig and he certainly enjoyed her company. They had traveled thousands of miles together and she enjoyed seeing and learning about different parts of the country.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Randy Dilley; paternal grandparents, Barbara Smith and Porter F. Rhoades; her maternal great-grandfather, Billy Davis; and her uncle, Daniel Hildebrand.
