Robert "Bubby" Evans (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Robert Dale Evans, son of Rocky and Barbara Dinwiddie Evans, was born August 27, 1986, in Kansas City, Missouri. He departed this life Saturday, March 13, 2021, in Mercy Hospital, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of thirty-four years, six months, and sixteen days.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather.
“Bubby”, as he was known by his family and friends, is survived by his parents, Rocky and Barbara Evans, of Lebanon, Missouri; his fiancée, Jenny Kinard, of Lebanon, Missouri; a daughter, Phyllis Evans, of Lebanon, Missouri; a brother, Rocky Evans, II, and his wife, Tracey, of Concordia, Missouri; two sisters, Tammi Bing, and her husband, Justin, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Casey Crow, and her husband, Blake, of Independence, Missouri; his paternal grandmother, Edna Standifer, of Richmond, Missouri; one niece, three nephews, one great-niece; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was raised in the Stoutland and Lebanon area and graduated from Stoutland High School. He had worked as a mechanic for a long time and was currently employed by Platinum Performance. He had previously worked at Matt’s Garage. He had great mechanical skills and could fix anything.
Riding his motorcycle was the highlight of his life and he was a member of the Freedom of the Road Riders. In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors where his favorite activities were fishing and camping. He loved all of his family, especially his nephews, who he took great enjoyment in terrorizing often.
Robert was a loving son, fiancé, father, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, cousin, and was a caring friend. We celebrate his life and know that his family and friends will hold tight to the wonderful memories he made for them through the years.
