Robert was raised on the family farm in Stoutland and lived away for a short time. He returned to the farm in 1993 to care for his grandmother and has remained there since. He was a farmer and an outdoorsman.
Robert made a profession of faith and practiced his faith by caring for God’s creation and creatures. He enjoyed time spent in the outdoors. As a child, he loved to walk in the woods and hunt with his BB gun. He loved the family farm and worked it daily. Most of all, family was important to him. He was a loving father, son, brother and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend.
Although he left us too soon, we take comfort in knowing his memory will linger on in the hearts of his family and friends.
