Robert E. Miller (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Robert Eugene Miller, son of Wilbert T. and Sina May Hill Miller, was born September 29, 1946, near Decaturville, Missouri. He departed this life Sunday, April 5, 2015, in Mercy Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty-eight years, six months, and six days.
His parents preceded him in death.
Robert is survived by a brother, James Miller, and his wife, Josie, of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister, Martha Miller, of Lebanon, Missouri; a niece, Marsha Jackson, and her husband, Jason, of Springfield, Missouri; an aunt, Marie Hill, of Lebanon, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in the Decaturville community. Robert attended a training school for a number of years, and then worked at the Laclede County Sheltered Workshop for a time.
In his early years, he enjoyed fishing and hunting, and liked listening to tapes. He also enjoyed looking at books and pictures. His family was very dear to him and he enjoyed spending time with them.
Robert was a loving brother, uncle, nephew, and was a caring neighbor and friend. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Memorial contributions may be made to Idumea Cemetery and left at the funeral home. Friends may call at their convenience.
