Robert "Bob" Van Klaveren (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Robert “Bob” Lee Van Klaveren, son of Henry Van Klaveren and Mary (Quilty) Van Klaveren, was born October 13, 1955 in Moline, Illinois. He departed this life, May 3, 2026, in his home in Linn Creek, Missouri at the age of seventy years, six months and twenty days.
He was previously united in marriage to Terri Myers Van Klaveren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Robin Van Klaveren Myers and grand-daughter, Jayden Taylor Ling; his parents and two siblings.
He is survived by his brothers, Bud Van Klaveren of Coal Valley, Illinois and Terry Van Klavern of Colona, Illinois; step-son Johnny Myers of Lake Ozark, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Robert was a man of faith and was a member of Myetta Missionary Baptist Church in Camdenton, Missouri.
Robert was a resilient man who took on whatever life threw at him and, while difficult, knew it was all part of God’s master plan for him. He remained a positive soul and an inspiration to those his life touched.
Robert was a loving father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and ambassador of good faith and will to all neighbors and friends as well. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at Myetta Church in Camdenton, Missouri on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM. A dinner will follow the service.
