On July 28, 1973, he was united in marriage to Sandra Lee Stout, and to this union one daughter and two sons were born.
His parents preceded him in death.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of thirty-eight years, Sandy, of the home; a daughter, Sarah Light, and her husband, Scott, of Lebanon, Missouri; two sons, Luke Beal, and his wife, Olha, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Matt Beal, of Sacramento, California; five grandchildren, Morgan, Issac, Cooper, Victor, and Margaret; a brother, Don Beal, and his wife, Mary, of Lebanon, Missouri; two sisters, Linda Pruitt, and her husband, Danny, and Sue Miller, and her husband, Howard, all of Lebanon, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in the Lebanon area, and graduated from Lebanon High School in the Class of 1970. He served his country faithfully in the United States Army from 1972 until 1974. After being honorably discharged from the Army, he returned to Lebanon, and he and Sandy lovingly raised their children. He worked as a carpenter for ten years, before beginning a career with the Justice Furniture Company. He continued with that company for over twenty-eight years, retiring as a loading supervisor.
Ron professed his belief in Christ at the age of twelve, and followed the Baptist faith throughout the years.
In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, and watching and feeding birds, particularly his favorite finches and orioles. He also loved his Labrador dogs. He always liked visiting with people and enjoyed having friends come to their home. His family was very important to him and he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Ron was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments, and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all of his family and many friends.
