Ronald D. Carvel (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Ronald Dee Carvel, son of James W. and Alice Lewis Carvel, was born June 29, 1952, in Lebanon, Missouri. He departed this life Sunday, September 12, 2010, in his home, near Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-eight years, two months, and thirteen days.
His father preceded him in death.
Ronald is survived by his mother, Alice Carvel, of Lebanon, Missouri; a daughter, Alese Carvel, of Lebanon, Missouri; a brother, James “Jim” Carvel, of Ozark, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in the Lebanon, Missouri area and graduated from Lebanon High School in the Class of 1970. He served his country faithfully in the United States Army National Guard for six years. Throughout the years, he had worked at International Harvester, Lowe Boat Company, and Generation-III Boats in Lebanon.
Ronald had attended Thomas Chapel near Lebanon.
He was a real outdoorsman and particularly liked fishing, hunting, and riding his four-wheeler. He possessed a delightful sense of humor and loved to laugh. His family was very important to him and he especially enjoyed family gatherings.
Ronald was a loving son, father, brother, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
