Ronald Lee Hayes (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Ronald Lee Hayes, son of Lester Lee Hayes and Doris Marie Reid Ritchey, was born September 10, 1966, in Columbia, Missouri. He departed this life Friday, October 4, 2019, in Heart of the Ozarks Nursing Home, in Ava, Missouri, at the age of fifty-three years, and twenty-four days.
His parents preceded him in death.
Ronald is survived by two sons, Kyle Smart, and Dillon Smart, both of Gainesville, Missouri; two granddaughters, Julia and Savannah Smart; several cousins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He lived most of his life in the Lebanon, Missouri area. He bore his disability well and liked riding his scooter around town.
As a child he attended Oak Grove Church and had professed his faith in Christ as an adult.
He enjoyed being outdoors where he especially liked fishing and camping. His family was very important to him and he enjoyed spending time with his sons, and granddaughters.
Ronald was a loving father grandfather, cousin, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
A memorial has been established and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
