Ronald E. Howard (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Ronald Gene Howard, age 70, of Wheatland, Missouri, departed this life on Friday, November 2, 2012 at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri.
Ron was born on January 31, 1942 in Villisca, Iowa, the son of George R. Howard and Elnora (Loghry) Howard.
He served in the United States Army. On November 29, 1963 Ron was united in marriage to Doris in Springfield, Missouri. To this union was born one son: Randy. Ron worked for Teters Floral Products in Bolivar for many years. He had a knack for solving problems and enjoyed working on boats in his spare time.
Ron is preceded in death by his parents; George and Elnora, and two sisters; Beth and Elsie.
He is survived by his wife; Doris Howard of the home, his son; Randy Howard and his wife Lora of Ohio, three sisters; Ruth Meek James of Nebraska, Carol Moyer of Alabama, and Linda Shellenburger of Alabama, two brothers; Raymond Howard of Minnesota, and James Allen Howard of Texas, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
No funeral services will be held.
