On January 3, 1963, Ronnie was united in marriage to Carolyn “Jo” Harley and together they shared twenty-seven years until her passing on May 3, 1990.

He is survived by his two sons, Kelly Moore and wife Doris of Mountain Grove, Missouri, and Brian Moore and wife Beverly of Hartville, Missouri; a daughter, Rhonda Moore of Iberia, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Marvin, LaDonna, Tonya, Cameron, Mackenzie, Brandon and Karen; six great-grandchildren, Chelsea, Aimee, Tiffany, Quentin, Kyle and Bethany; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.
Ronnie was born in Hartville and moved with his family to California at an early age. He spent time living in San Francisco and Seattle before he met and married Jo in 1963.
Ronnie and Jo moved to Kansas City, Missouri in 1966 where he worked for the Ford Motor Company for several years before retiring.
Following his retirement, Ronnie and his family moved to Hartville where he worked on the family farm for a short while.
Ronnie was a lifetime member of the NRA and in his earlier years enjoyed trapshooting. In his spare time, he liked to watch football and loved hunting and fishing. His family considered him a “professional car trader,” having traded numerous cars over the years, and his personal record was buying and trading a car off in just two hours.
Ronnie was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and was a caring friend and neighbor. We celebrate his life and will treasure the many wonderful memories he has created for his family and many dear friends.
