My sincere condolences to Myrlene and the rest of Roses’s family. 🌹 I have good memories of Aunt Rose and my Uncle Joel. They seemed to really enjoy life so much together; I always admired their adventurous spirit, traveling and seeing so much! And they were always so willing to share their experiences with everyone. I fondly remember Aunt Rose teaching me how to shuffle cards and she was always so patient when showing us how to play different games when we would see each other at my Grandparent’s farm and they even visited us in California during one of their trips. She was a very kindhearted person ♥️
I remember my Aunt Rose this way... She always had such energy and such a positive outlook. She loved to travel so much her and my uncle Joel come to California and stay with us a couple weeks. We never knew when, we would just hear a knock at the door and there they were!! She was always interested in so many different things, especially travel and she was an excellent cook. I have many fond memories of her and being in the mountains in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She would find the shaggy mane mushrooms and saute them in butter. I loved her travel stories too. I so regret that I didn't make it up to see her when she was in the nursing home. The kids and me loved her very much. She was a lot of fun and we loved her zest for life!!!
