Ruby F. Ruffin (Lebanon)'s Obituary
The family of Ruby Faye Ruffin sadly announces her passing. She departed this world November 7, 2020 after years of fighting chronic illness. COVID-related pneumonia, however, overwhelmed her body’s ability to fight further.
Faye, or “Horse” as her family called her, had a love of children; of others; and was brutal at yard sale shopping. Virtually every family member has a humorous story to tell of the ruthlessly competitive side she reserved for yard sales.
She is preceded in death by her sister Joyce Mallory and brothers Gene and Ervin Henderson. She is survived by her husband Danny Ruffin; daughter Crystal Hawkins; son Steve Hardy; sisters Mary Kelsey, Ella Fouser and Donna Wilkie; brothers John and Tom Henderson; as well as five stepchildren, as well as many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A burial service will be at Mount Rose Memorial Park where she will be interred alongside her brother Ervin. Arrangements are incomplete at this time, but will be under the care and direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri.
