Thoughts and prayers are with you all. Ruby was one of the very best neighbors. My husband, Matthew and I lived behind Ruby and Carl from 2010 until 2016. Ruby would always bring us a chocolate pie and cool whip. We no longer live in Lebanon but I always think of her when passing through.
