Russell T. Burns (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Russell Todd Burns, son of the late Eugene and Barbara (Edwards) Burns, was born on March 21, 1971 and departed this life on March 9, 2023. At the time of his passing, Russell was fifty-one years, eleven months and sixteen days of age.
Russell was preceded in passing by his parents; sister, Vicky Leffert; brothers, Rick Burns, Keith Burns, Shawn Burns and Kevin Burns; and his son, Shawn Russell Todd Burns.
He is survived by his wife, Cassidy Burns; two sons, Colton and Wyatt Burns; brother-in-law, Donnie Leffert; and his best friend and cousin, Coty Beaman. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, many friends and other family members who will all truly miss him.
Russell was born and raised in Camden County, Missouri. After he finished his schooling, he began working in the family concrete business to help provide for his family. On February 26, 2017, Russell was united in marriage to Cassidy Holloway. Together, then enjoyed going to the races, travelling with the kids, and watching Kansas City Chiefs football.
In his spare time, he loved to go bowling, golfing, fishing, hunting and going to the races. Above all, he truly enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
Russell was a loving husband, father and brother. His booming laugh and his infectious smile will be truly missed by all who knew him. Together we celebrate his life and accomplishments and cherish the memories he created with family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m., Monday, March 13, 2023 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 12:00p.m. until time of service Monday, March 13, 2023 in the funeral home.
