Sandy was a loving wife-mom-sister-and my aunt . I love her dearly she was something else. Though, strong, independent, and even picky and back in my younger days i would sit and watch her dance with her sister's and uncle Ray (what a couple) . One day she said she could teach me to dance and did after witch I could dance with uncle Ray like her but let's face it nobody could dance to gather like them two, I remember her cheering him on at ball games oh and let's not forget how clean everything had to be she would pay me to come clean house but I never could find dirt not even on the floors I would go out get dirt and sprinkle it on the floor so I could sweep this became a joke between us just a few months ago I was visiting and asked her if I needed to go get my dirt so I could sweep. She just laughted and said no baby I think this time you got me again no dirt how ever that loving little laugh will live forever in my heart and in my mind. On that visit we had a long talk and I know her sisters and bubby meant everything to her so much love inside one person but yet tough sometimes bossy but we knew she cared and she loved us with all she had her home was open. Although a hard worker she in joyed life.
I will never forget.
I will love you always
I will carry your smile, and your love deep with in my heart forever.
Your sweet niece
Rita Fran
This is my Aunt, although she lived out of state my whole life she made her visits to OKC memorable teaching me how to do a back bend walk over and encouraging me from long distance to keep practicing; all the afternoons in the ball park watching Uncle Ray play fast pitch and fun times in the hotel room watching her and the family play pitch. She was a feisty little woman, at the end of the day you knew she loved you. I love you so deeply Aunt Sandy, thank you for all of the loving fun memories and laughter you shared with all of us. May you rest in peace. I pray for peace and comfort for the entire family during this time of sorrow.
