Scott Michael Mobus, age 45, of Bolivar, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015.
Scott was born on October 26, 1968 in Burlington, Vermont to Bernard Achilles and Donna Boutin Ryan.
He served in the Army and National Guard for over twenty years.
He is survived by his wife, Chandra, and Daughter McKenna.
