Shareena Joan Cornell (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Shareena Joan Cornell, daughter of Franklin and Joan KaMinski Cornell, was born January 15, 1961, in Alexandria, Louisiana. She departed this life Friday, May 15, 2020, in her home, near Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-nine years and four months.
Her mother preceded her in death.
Shareena is survived by three daughters, Dianne Cook, of Lebanon, Missouri, Danielle Stewart, and her husband, Troy, of Sleeper, Missouri, and Joanie McGinnis, and her husband, Randy, of Lebanon, Missouri; a son, Terry Moreau, of Lebanon, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild on the way; her father, Franklin Cornell, of Bossier City, Louisiana; three brothers, Frank Cornell, of the State of Florida, Glenn Cornell, of Bossier City, Louisiana, and Keith Cornell, of the State of Tennessee; a sister, Shelley Warren, of Bossier City, Louisiana; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was raised in a military family and lived in many places during her younger years, including Maine, Louisiana, and New Jersey. She made her home in Missouri for the last thirty years, and had lived in Lebanon, Missouri for the last fifteen years. Throughout her life she worked as a devoted homemaker to her family.
She enjoyed traveling and liked being outdoors where her favorite activities were gardening and fishing. Her family was very important to her and she greatly enjoyed having time with her children and grandchildren.
Shareena was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and was a caring friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will hold tight to the wonderful memories she created for them during her lifetime.
At this time there will be a private family service and Shareena will be returned to Louisiana for burial.
