Sharon Counts (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Sharon Faye Counts was born July 2, 1956 in Germany to Donivan and Geneva Ward Knapp. She passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024, in Lebanon North Nursing and Rehab in Lebanon, Missouri. She was sixty-seven years, eleven months and fourteen days of age at the time of her passing.
Being the daughter of a military family, she spent her early years in Germany. She then grew up in Sikeston and Lebanon, Missouri.
Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Donivan and Geneva Knapp; her sister Donna; and her brothers, Ruben and Larry.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Counts, Jr.and his wife Monica and Bradley Blankenship, both of Lebanon, Missouri; a daughter, Manja Woodruff of Lebanon, Missouri; six grandchildren, including Dominic. She is also survived by her sister, Pam Knapp of Lebanon, Missouri; and the father of her children, Kenneth Counts, Sr. and his wife Staci of Sikeston, Missouri.
Sharon always enjoyed shopping and acted like a teenager while doing so. She loved to spoil her grandchildren as much as possible. A devoted mother and grandmother, her family was the center of her world, and she took great joy in creating lasting memories with them. . Her home was a haven of warmth, love, and laughter, where countless memories were created and treasured.
Funeral service for Sharon Counts will be Friday, June 21 at 11 a.m. at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon. Visitation will be Friday from 10 a .m. - 11 a.m.
A memorial has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
