Sharon D. Kerns (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Sharon Dorothy Kerns, daughter of Samuel Delaney and Joyce Evelyn Davison Kerns, was born April 24, 1965 in New Brunswick City, New Jersey. She departed this life Monday, December 15, 2025 in her home in Falcon, Missouri. She was sixty years of age.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Delaney Kerns, Sr. (1995) and Joyce Evelyn Davison Kerns (2022); her son, Michael Lee Kerns (1999) and two nephews, Harlen Ruppert (2015) and Bryan Kerns (2022).
Sharon is survived by her children, Johnny Lee Kerns of Falcon, Missouri, Richard Michael Lee Kerns of Springfield, Missouri and Joyce Ann Kerns of Conway, Missouri; her siblings, Nick Kerns of Jackson, New Jersey, Debbie and Robert Kerns of Falcon, Missouri and Samuel Delaney Kerns, Jr. of Lebanon, Missouri; her nieces and nephews, Wendy Beesley of Conway, Missouri, Raven Kerns of Lebanon, Missouri, Alexis Ferry of Lawton, Oklahoma, Keith Kerns of Hannibal, Missouri, Samuel Ryan Kerns of Marshfield, Missouri, Lincoln Kerns of Lebanon, Missouri and Nicholas Kerns of Jackson, New Jersey; many great-nieces and nephews, Austin and Seth Beesley, Allie and Marla Davis, Beau and John Ferry, Elaina, Abigail, Kiki and Oakley Kerns; her special friends, David and Valerie Garza; and other relatives and a host of friends.
Sharon loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved butterflies, motorcycles and horses. She loved helping her great-nieces with their school work. She enjoyed playing Bingo as well as having barbecue’s for family birthdays. She also liked trying her luck with lottery scratch off tickets.
Most of all, she loved her family and friends. They were the center of her world. Sharon was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, as well as a caring neighbor and friend. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
A graveside service for Sharon Kerns will be Friday, December 19, 2025 at Lonesome Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, December 19 from 11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. at Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
