Sharon Ann Ross (Forsyth)'s Obituary
Sharon Ann Ross, age 74 of Forsyth, Missouri, a former Seymour, Missouri resident, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018 in her home.
Sharon was born in Mankato, Minnesota on Saturday February 13, 1943, the daughter of Howard L. Rash and Bernice Emma (Scheurer) Rash. Sharon met Tom J. Ross, son of Hubert H. & Dola Ross, at Washington High School in California and they were married on February 24, 1962. To this union two daughters were born, Rhonda and Wendy. She and Tom spent many loving years there and retired to Forsyth, Missouri in 1991. She worked in Branson, Missouri for over 20 years at Powell’s Pharmacy, Red Rooster and Chicago Cutlery.
She loved to bowl, collect babies and knives, and spoil her girls and grandkids. She was an excellent cook and loved to prepare meals for family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Rhonda Lovelace and a brother Dean Rash.
Survivors include her husband Tom of the home; a daughter and son-in-law Wendy & Doug Yanez of DeSoto, Kansas; a son-in-law Bill Lovelace of Lake Nebagaman, Wisconsin; one brother and sister-in-law Tom & Donna Rash of Sparks, Nevada; two sisters Roxanne Turnquist of Reno, Nevada and Rochelle Baxter of Somerset, California; 2 grandchildren Cody Lovelace and wife Sam of Baldwinsville, New York and Emma Wood and husband Adam of Spearsville, Louisiana; three great grandchildren Quinn Lovelace and Duncan Lovelace of Baldwinsville, New York and Avery Wood of Spearsville, Louisiana as well a numerous extended family and friends.
Sharon was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. We will treasure the many wonderful memories she has created for her family and dear friends.
