Shirley Jean Mobley (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Shirley Jean Mobley, age 86, entered into rest on Monday, July 17, 2023, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
Shirley was born on November 27, 1936, in Rock Island, Illinois to the late Harley and Kathryn (Parvin) Mobley. Shirley was a homemaker. She loved her children. Outside of the home, Shirley enjoyed riding motorcycles, spending time on the lake, and finding adventure in the great outdoors.
She was preceded by her parents; her son-in-law, Pee Wee Temple; her siblings; and husband Cecil. Shirley is survived by her children, Allen Mobley (Tracy and Austin), Debbie Schaver (Bob), Donna Johnson, and Diane Gardner, many grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
In accordance with Shirley’s wishes, her body will be cremated, and a celebration of her life will be held at the lake later this summer.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cantlon-Otterness and Viets Funeral Home, Buffalo, Missouri.
