Sierra Rangel's Obituary
Sierra Alondra Rangel, daughter of David Rangel Mendez and Wanda Ann Belk Rangel, was born, September 30, 2003 in Kansas City, Missouri. She departed this life, Tuesday, September 15, 2009, near Appleton City, Missouri at the age of five years, eleven months and sixteen days. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Tracy Belk, and great-grandparents, Willie and Kathleen Hendren. Survivors include her parents, David Rangel Mendez and Wanda Belk Rangel; a brother, Alex Rangel; a sister, Adrianna Rangel all of Climax Springs, Missouri; her grandparents, Terry Belk, Jackie Belk, Juliana Mendez and Victor Rangel; a great-grandmother, Wanda Belk, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. Sierra was raised in Climax Springs, Missouri, and was a kindergartener at Lakeland Elementary School in Deepwater, Missouri. She loved to go to school and was excited each day she was able to attend. She was a princess at heart and loved to dance, sing and play dress-up. She was a good mother to her baby dolls and loved to be silly. She enjoyed playing outside with her younger brother and sister and her cousins. She had a bright smile and was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and cousin. Although her life was very brief, she made an impact on many lives and her memory will live in our hearts forever. Services will be held at 2:00pm on Monday September 21, 2009 at the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Camdenton. Burial will be in the Grainger Cemetery in Climax Springs, Missouri. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm on Monday until time of service under the direction of the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home Camdenton, Missouri.
