Sieta Brown (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Sieta Lee Brown, daughter of Robert and Mary D. Carroll Jones, was born August 11, 1950, in Lebanon, Missouri. She departed this life Saturday, February 21, 2015, in Lebanon North Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty-four years, six months, and ten days.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Roberta and Mary.
Sieta is survived by three sons, Jack Brown, of Sedalia, Missouri, Charlie Brown, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Robert Brown, of the State of California; six grandchildren, Dona, Rachel, Josey, Joshua, Max and Solina; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Jones, Jr., and his wife, Donna, of Lebanon, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
She was born and raised in Lebanon, and then moved with her family to California, where her father drove a truck. She later returned to the Lebanon area, where she lived most of her life. In addition to being a devoted homemaker to her family, Sieta had also driven a truck and worked as a waitress.
Sieta had attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She loved dogs and especially her Dachshunds. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing special dishes for her family. She loved her family dearly and was very close to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sieta was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will cherish the wonderful memories she created for them during her lifetime.
No services are planned at this time for Sieta Lee Brown but arrangements are under direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri.
