Steven Landon (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Steve Landon, son of Cliff and Arlene Landon, was born July 7, 1952 in Winterset, Iowa. On Thursday, March 31, 2016, a gentle soul, whose love of the outside kept him brown and happy all through the year, lost his battle with cancer. His joy, called Sunshine’s garden, that he so tenderly loved and cared for, produced the most beautiful flowers and delicious fruit. Steve’s love of humanity produced a very empathetic foster dad to many children and a slew of animals.
Steve is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Jeri; his children, Jason, Angela, Bobby and his wife Liz, Chase and Robyn; his brother, Jeff; his sister, Almeda; six grandchildren, Koty Zuroweste, Gaige Landon, Steven Landon, Sunny Landon, Serenity Landon, Kolten Edwards; great-grandson, Jax Cook and his cat, Princess.
Steve is preceded in death by his daughter, Sunshine; his parents, Cliff and Arlene; one sister, Marylin; one brother, Chuck and his niece Jessie.
A Celebration of Life Service for Steven Landon will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2016, in Steven's home. Memorial donations to assist the family may be made through the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
