Steven was raised and went to school in Wytheville, Virginia. His hobbies were working on cars, making them fast and drinking with friends, he also liked to travel. He had a long history of working in the automotive industry and driving tow trucks,
He is preceded in death by his parents Rex and Sarah (Woods) Vencill. He is survived by his son Steven Vencill II of Buffalo, Missouri; a daughter Raigann McCarty of Buffalo, Missouri; a brother Rex Vencill II of Buffalo, Missouri and two sisters Suzanne Vencill and Annette Vencill both of Buffalo, Missouri
Cremation rites are being accorded by the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo, Missouri.
