Steven Wayne Williams (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Steven Wayne Williams was born October 7, 1970 in Kankakee, Illinois to Bill Williams and Catherine Anne Shea Williams. He passed away in his home in Lebanon, Missouri on March 20, 2024. At the time of his passing he was fifty-three years, five months and thirteen days of age.
“Steven grew up in Illinois and Arkansas. In September of 1994, he moved to Lebanon, Missouri and was employed in the construction industry. He was very proud to have built his own home outside of Lebanon. He loved gardening and grew his own orchard.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill L. Williams; his step-father, Richard Dean Glass; and his brother, Mike Williams.
He is survived by his mother, Catherine Glass; his significant other, Kim Baker of Lebanon, Missouri; his brothers and sisters, Brandy Williams, April Williams, Crystal Williams, Dustie Williams and William Williams and his wife Lacie; a step-brother and sister, John Glass and Becky Glass; his nieces and nephews, Tommy LaRusso, Cheyenne Knudsen, Alyssa Martin and her husband Kade, Dayia Dunham, Dakota Williams, Kage Smith, Kaine Smith, Cole Smith, Haleigh Nyman, Brooke Breeden, Lucas Hart, Isabelle Hart, Wyatt Hart, Elijah Hart and Sophia Williams; a great-nephew, Carter Williams; and a great-niece Hayslee Martin.
Steven loved God and shared his faith in the Lord on a regular basis. He liked fishing, hiking and cave hunting. He enjoyed exploring caves and finding artifacts that told a story about the history of the area.
He loved his family very much and looked forward to being together and sharing good times and creating special memories. His loss is deeply felt by his family, and he will be so missed. Yet, we know that he lives on in them, in their memories, and in their love for each other.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held Saturday evening, March 23 at 5 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Lebanon. Those attending are asked to bring pictures of Steve and share their memories. Everyone is welcome to bring finger foods.
Service for Steven Williams will be Monday, March 25 at 2 p.m. at Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
A memorial has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
