Tammie Lynn Pennington, 56 of Bolivar, Missouri, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
Funeral services for Tammie will be held at the Bolivar First Assembly of God Church, Friday, November 17, 2023, starting at 10:00 A.M. Visitation will take place Thursday evening, November 16, at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Center of the Ozarks.
Services are under the care and direction of Butler Funeral Home of Bolivar.
