Tara A. Loehr (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Tara Ann Loehr, daughter of Roland Harold and Mary Elizabeth Hansel Loehr, was born June 4, 1973, in St. Louis, Missouri. She departed this life Sunday, May 16, 2021, in her home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of forty-seven years, eleven months, and twelve days.
She was preceded in death by her mother; and an aunt, Carol McDonald.
Tara is survived by two daughters, Brooke Hoppner, of Sequin, Texas, and Emily Matcalf, of Lebanon, Missouri; two sons, Michael Loehr-Agolia, of St. Louis, Missouri, and Jonathan Koepp, of Lebanon, Missouri; three grandchildren; her father, Roland Loehr, of Saibel, Florida; her brother, Todd Michael Loehr; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was raised in the St. Louis, Missouri area and lived there for most of her life. She then made her home at the Lake of the Ozarks for ten years before moving to Lebanon six years ago. Throughout the years, Tara had been a devoted homemaker to her family and also worked as a waitress.
She was kind of a tomboy, who greatly loved the outdoors, and particularly liked camping and fishing. She was the “neighborhood Mom” and liked having children around her. She loved her family dearly and especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren.
Tara was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and was a caring friend. We celebrate her life and know that she will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
