Taylor J. Olomon (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Taylor James Olomon, son of James Olomon and Hayley (Massoni) Cornelison, was born on May 3, 1993, in Liberal, Kansas. He departed this life on April 23, 2023 in Camdenton, Missouri. At the time of his passing, Taylor was twenty-nine years, eleven months and twenty days of age.
Taylor grew up in Turpin, Oklahoma and graduated from Turpin High School in 2012. Taylor loved to work and build things in the wood shop, as well as participated in Turpin Cardinals football. After high school, Taylor became an outstanding welder.
As a kid, Taylor loved spending time with his uncle Stan and aunt Jan, farming, going to church and picking up aunt Jan’s crabapples.
Taylor was enthusiastic to say the least when the time came to ride ATV’s, dirt bikes, camping, hunting and fishing.
Years later, Taylor moved to Missouri where he landed a maintenance/controls position at the Lebanon Stave Mill where he challenged himself to be educated with PLC’s, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics and other industrial automation.
After the Stave Mill, Taylor was a journeyman electrician and later became one of the top electricians for a contract company at Lake of the Ozarks.
Taylor really loved being around the Lake fishing for Crappie, Catfish, boating and swimming.
Taylor was a loving, caring and generous person with a big heart and timid nature.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Mark Massoni and Jim Olomon.
Taylor is survived by his loving parents Hayley and Scott Cornelison of Osage Beach, Missouri and James and Diana Olomon of Hurst, Texas; sister, Addelea and Jaidey of Osage beach, Missouri; brother, Tyler and Nikita Olomon; nieces, Elizabeth, Lily Ann and Aubrey of Yukon, Oklahoma; sister, Bayley Olomon and fiancé Casey Baker of Kansas City, Missouri; step-sisters Whitney Cornelison of Lebanon, Missouri and Amber Cornelison of Hartville, Missouri; Grandmothers, Jan Olomon of Lewisville Texas and Annette Massoni, of Turpin Oklahoma; Uncle Jason and Crystal and cousin Sydney Olomon of Highland Village, Texas; Aunt Jana and Chris; cousin Morgen Leedahl of Hopkins, Minnesota; Uncle, Jordan, Ranee, Gavin, Grayson, Griffin Massoni of Maryville, Tennessee. Taylor also leaves behind many friends and other family members who will all truly miss him.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri.
