Ted Hale Brown (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Ted Hale Brown, son of Sammie and Marie Hale Brown, was born February 19, 1946, in Syracuse, New York. He departed this life Tuesday, November 12, 2019, in his home, in Conway, Missouri, at the age of seventy-three years, eight months, and twenty-four days.
On July 10, 1991, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, he was united in marriage to Susann Martha (Richardson) Kreft, and they shared the last twenty-eight years.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Ted is survived by his wife, Susann, of the home; a daughter, Amber Brown, of Conway, Missouri; a son, Chuck Brown, of Conway, Missouri; three step-sons, Ronald Womach, and his wife, Nicole, of the State of Virginia, Curtis Womach, and his wife, Karyn, of San Diego, California, and Michael Kreft, and his wife, Christi, of Seattle, Washington; five grandchildren; a sister, Cheryl Barbish, of the State of Texas; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was raised in Texas and then lived in states from New York to Washington. He also lived in Montana before moving to Missouri. He worked as a carpenter through the years. He and Susann had made their home in Conway, Missouri for the last several years.
In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting, horseback riding, and barbequing. He also loved to dance and ride motorcycles. His family was very important to him and he especially enjoyed his grandchildren.
Ted was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
