He graduated from Hickory County RI Skyline High School in the Class of 1983. Terry then joined the United States Navy and served his country faithfully from 1983 until 1986. After being honorably discharged from the military, he returned to Urbana where he worked for Turnbow Transmission, and then as a plant supervisor for Superior Gearbox in Buffalo, Missouri. He then moved back to Illinois and worked for R and R Donnelly’s in Mattoon for a few years, before coming to Lebanon. For the last few years, he had been employed by Regal Beloit (Marathon Electric) in Lebanon. Terry was saved and baptized into the Pentecostal faith and had a strong belief and a personal relationship with his Lord and Savior. He greatly enjoyed reading his Bible daily. In his spare time he enjoyed listening to music, working on cars, and watching birds and squirrels, which he fed outside his window. He liked watching Sandy grow beautiful flowers and having time with his family. But his great passion was his 2007 Street Bob Harley Davidson motorcycle that he loved riding more than anything. Terry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, grandson, brother, uncle and nephew, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the wonderful memories he made for his family and friends. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday November 5, 2009 at Community Baptist Church. Visitation will be Wednesday evening 7-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home under the direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home Lebanon, Missouri.
