Terry Lee Holmes (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Terry Lee Holmes, 72, of Marietta, GA, passed away on March 24, 2025. Born on April 7, 1952, Terry was known for his loving nature as a father and grandfather, his service as a Vietnam veteran, and his generous and kind spirit.
Terry proudly served in the U.S. Army as a RA UNASG PV2 from April 21, 1969, to Oct 26, 1971. During his tenure, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device, reflecting his commitment and bravery.
After his military service, Terry had a fulfilling career at Lockheed Martin in Marietta, Georgia, where he retired after many years of dedicated work.
Outside of his professional life, Terry enjoyed playing pool at his favorite local spot, Timbers. Riding his beloved Harley-Davidson, and listening to his favorite song, "Free Bird" by Lynyrd Skynyrd.
He was also an avid gardener and loved grilling and spending quality time with his friends and family
Terry is survived by his daughter, Jennilee Holmes; son, Terry Holmes Reynolds; and his wife, Debra Holmes.
His departure leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him and
